You are invited to whip up some morning pancakes and spend the day in bed while taking in some of the freshest air Ubud has to offer! We value comfort at this beautiful villa which means that there is a wonderfully placed net hammock just by your swimming pool and outside your living room.
Spend your days with your loved one in this beautiful villa in perfect balance of comfort of Peliatan, Ubud. Wherever you will choose to spend your day, our staff and manager are always there for you to help you with any questions or requests. We can arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner in the villa, please give us at least 1 days notice and discuss the extra charge with our manager.

**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
– A : This villa is for 2 people, but the maximum capacity is for 3 people which means that the 3rd is counted as extra guest. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person.
