Stepping through the main door, you will enter the tropical garden with a private pool, sunbeds, and umbrella. It is the perfect spot to relax on a sunny day. You will see Balinese wood carvings, statues, and decorations throughout the house.

The semi-open living room has a large sofa + lounge chair, a dining table that fits eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The single-story villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests.

Two bedrooms have large king-sized beds, air-conditioning, and large wardrobes. One bedroom has a bathroom, while the other shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.

The third bedroom has two single beds, flatscreen TV and a desk. It makes it the perfect place to stay as a family.

There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM – 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay.

Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying.

Please be aware that our check-in hours are from 3 PM to 6 PM. Keep in mind that there will be an additional fee of IDR 200.000 if you arrive after 6 PM. The guest must complete the direct cash payment for this additional cost to the property host.

Strictly no events/parties/gatherings around.
The local police (pecalang) do not allow any disturbance in this neighborhood and will step in if needed.
Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors as it is a residential neighborhood.
