The villa has an outdoor and sunken seating area just by your infinity swimming pool, perfect for spending the days taking in the fresh air whilst sipping on your favourite drink of choice! Each en-suite bedroom is themed with modern and clean design that blend wonderfully with the blues and greens that exist just outside your bedroom door!
This 3 Bedroom Villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Tirta Tawar, Ubud. It is home to the largest number of wood carving artists per capita in Bali, specialising in hand-carved Topeng or Balinese Face Mask. Tirta Tawar is also just a 5 minute drive to Jalan Ubud Raya, the centre and heart of Ubud, home to a multitude of restaurants, activities, museums, temples and many more!

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.
Guests can use the following things:

– Microwave, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen utensils
– Basically, everything that is on the property

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is shared with others.
Please note as we don’t own the rice fields around of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the local’s life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. The host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located in a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
VILLA WITH VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear peaceful noises from the insects that inhabit the rice fields during the night. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
**Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
– A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 8 people which means that the 7th and 8th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 6 people.
