THE SPACE
This villa perches atop a ravine that has a naturally formed waterfall in front of it, making your dips in the infinity swimming pool just that more amazing! You will find a jacuzzi located just at the entrance of the swimming pool as well as a kids pool just within an arm’s reach of the pool.
The villa is fully equipped for your office needs as well! A beautifully situated office with an office chair and a quieter atmosphere sits just at the end of the villa, equipped with its very own seating area outside the room as well. Villa oasis also has a large number of seating areas that can be used in both storeys of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate any culinary need you may require! Every bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV, making those netflix binge sessions just that much more enjoyable.
The villa is located in Mas, Ubud. This means a perfect blend of serenity and convenience, you are perfectly secluded to indulge in the quiet sounds of birdsong and an evergreen breeze that flows through every room and portion of your villa without any effort at all. You are also located very closely to Suku Bali, a great spot for brunches and nightlife as well!

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.
Guests can use the following things: -Drinking water is provided -TVs -Oven, refrigerator, stove and other kitchen utensils -Basically, everything that is on the property
GUEST ACCESS
Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool with jungle view, this villa is located in a remote location with rice field view and the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**. === FAQs
– Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy? – A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? – A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa host catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? – A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? – A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels? – A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? – A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 12 people.
