The space
This beautiful villa is a large and very spacious 2 storey villa with a beautifully sized infinity swimming pool that sits just at the end of the villa, perfect for spending time with families and friends! Easily spend your days on the 12 sunbeds located around the perimeter of the swimming pool.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, with 3 of the bedrooms next to each other on the 2nd storey, 1 bedroom in the middle ground floor and 2 bedrooms at the lowest level.
Our kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, a two-door fridge, a Moka pot, pots, pans, kitchen utensils. You and your friends/family are invited to whip up a memorable meal together on the kitchen island. You may serve your meals on the warm-toned long dining table which sits 10 people. It is the heart center of the warm family gathering.
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Mas, Ubud. Mas is home to the largest number of wood carving artists per capita in Bali, specializing in hand-carved Topeng or Balinese Face Mask. Mas is a walkable neighborhood, with access to a rice field trail, fine-dining restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Prominent creative spaces, such as Titik Dua Contemporary Art Gallery, TONYRAKA Art Lounge and I Wayan Muka Mask Gallery are just a few minutes from this sauna retreat.
For those who love nature, you can explore the neighborhood waterfall called Sumampan Waterfall. This secret waterfall is filled with rocks that resemble faces, hand-carved by local creative minds. Famous Tegenungan Waterfall and Tegalalang Rice Terrace are also short-drive away.

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, a gardener, pool caretaker, and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property but are available when needed.
Guest access
ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
Other things to note
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
– A : This villa is for 12 people, but the maximum capacity is for 14 people which means that the 13th and 14th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra beds with mattresses should you have more than 12 people.
