Each of the bedrooms have top of the line King Koil beds with quality linen, goose down covers and pillows. The bedrooms all have open air ensuites and gardens. All bedrooms have 42 ‘ TVs, air conditioners, fans, quality lighting and wardrobe spaces. The bathrooms have highly polished concrete walls and various lighting options.

• Bedroom 1 – Large glass windows overlooking the swimming pool, koi pond and gardens. The ensuite has twin basins and separate shower area.
• Bedroom 2 – This is also a lovely bedroom with a large window garden and huge ensuite with gardens, bath and twin basins.
• Bedroom 3 – Is upstairs and has 2 queen size beds and sleeps 4 people. Ideal for singles children and families. The ensuite is large and has twin showers and partly open air feel.

The living area has quality furnishing and lighting and includes separate lounge area, large round dining table that seats up to 10 people plus a separate casual seating area near the pool. The living room adjoins the large swimming pool which also has a central day bed with backrests and pillows that makes this a very comfortable area to laze about during the day or night. The garden is beautifully manicured and luminated and complements the pool and villa.

The kitchen area is a perfect size and layout and includes a large 5 burner oven, large ice and water dispenser refridgerator, pantry, and all quality crockery and utensils.
