Featuring modern, angular lines, generous indoor-outdoor spaces with unique water features, large sliding glass doors, it’s own saltwater infinity pool, two smaller salt water plunge pools and a huge exclusive front lawn. It maintains a consistent palette of 100-plus year-old reclaimed teak from Java, reclaimed ironwood from Kalimantan, andesite, terrazzo, local limestone, and floor to ceiling windows.
The spacious open-plan living space is furnished with a dining table for 8 and custom built sofas. Two of the master units are detached from the main villa. The detached Master Suite 1 has a one bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, a living room, kitchen and saltwater plunge pool. The detached Master Suite 2 has a king bed with ensuite bathroom including kitchenette and saltwater plunge pool. The main two story villa has three downstairs bedrooms, two with king beds and one with twin beds; all have ensuite bathrooms. This villa also includes an intimate theater/movie room.
