Sunia Kund Villa is located in the serene Umalas area. It is 30 minutes from the airport, only 10 minutes to the fashionable Seminyak area with its famous restaurant and shops and the beach.

The main building consists of two levels; where the master bedroom is located on the first floor with stunning view to the garden and further to the rice field. The living are is also situated in this level with view to the garden and to the pool. The other building is conveniently situated amidst the garden with en suited bathroom. The pool is in adjacent to the main building accessible through the living room
