The space
This 2 bedroom villa is located in banjar kalah, peliatan. This means that access towards Ubud’s main roads is only 5 minutes away, allowing you to feel at peace with all of Ubud within an arm’s reach. Restaurants , Art museums and Ubud’s very own monkey forest accompany your journeys throughout your stay.
This beautiful villa creates an immediate sense of peace and serenity in every part of the villa! With 2 bedrooms located across from each other, connected by the living area that peers gracefully into your swimming pool. This villa excels in being cosy, intimate and wonderful for couples or smaller families looking for their perfect getaway!
You will find naturally cold breezes that drift and flow through the entirety of the villa with no effort. Take a stroll along the lush rice fields that accompany the villa or sit back on the sunbeds under the straw umbrellas
Our kitchen is also fully equipped, including an oven, a two-door fridge, Moka Pot, pans, kitchen utensils. You and your friends or family are invited to whip up a memorable meal together in your private and spacious kitchen!

Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the local’s life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. The host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.
VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
Other things to note
The villa is located right in front of the rice fields so there are periods when farmers will harvest the rice and replant the rice. there is the possibility of no rice fields view after the farmer harvest the rice.
**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
– A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking.
Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.
Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.
– Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
– A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
– Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
– A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
– Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
– A : This villa is for 4 people, but the maximum capacity is for 6 people which means that the 5th and 6th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 4 people.
