Villa Tantangan, a luxury beachfront villa, located on 7700 sqm of elevated headland overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. Accessed from the village of Beraban by a 3km pathway through paddy fields, secluded from the urban buzz, but close to the island’s famous tourist destination, Tanah Lot. Beraban is about a 30min drive from the commercial center of Seminyak. Total journey from the airport is approximately one hour.
The land is elevated 15m above sea level. The villa faces south giving you a panoramic view of the sea and Nyanyi Beach. To the east, the land is bordered by Tantangan River with bountiful bird and wildlife. To the north, views of the paddies and on the horizon, the majestic volcanoes of central Bali. Truly spectacular early in the morning with the sun rise. Nyanyi Beach is reached directly from the house through a small, typical Balinese gate at the bottom of the garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Tantangan. I visited with my family and my sister-in-law family. While everyone else went off to water sports and the zoo, I stayed to enjoy the house. After a crazy year in New York, sitting for hours reading with the sound of crashing waves in the background was what I needed. Everyone else in my family enjoyed it for their own reasons – the swimming pool, the wonderful staff, the food! The chef is excellent. The meals we ate here were far better than most of the meal we ate out. The one who will miss this place most is my little boy, Charlie. The staff doted on him. By the end of our week here, he was spoiled from being carried around so much. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
