The typical villa on The Luxury Bali costs about Rp 10.9 million a night, and half of all villas fall between Rp 6.3 million and Rp 21.1 million. That is for the whole villa, not per person — so a group of eight in a 4-bedroom villa typically pays around Rp 1.1 million each per night. High season runs about 30% higher.

The whole villa
The nightly rate is for the entire villa and its private pool, for the number of guests it sleeps.
Staff and housekeeping
Villas come with on-site staff and housekeeping; the exact team (chef, butler, driver) is listed on each villa page. Chef-cooked meals are usually charged at the cost of groceries.
Taxes and service
Some villas quote government tax (PB1 10%, PPN 11%), service charge and cleaning inside the rate; others add them. You see the complete breakdown before you pay.
Security deposit
Some villas hold a refundable security deposit, typically about Rp 3.6–36.2 million, returned after check-out.

The owner confirms — usually within 24 hours
Villas share their calendars with more than one channel, so the owner confirms the dates are yours before anyone takes payment.
Pay the deposit through a secure link
Most villas take 30–50% to confirm, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Arriving within 30 days, or on non-refundable terms, the full amount is paid at booking. Pay by bank transfer, QRIS or e-wallet at no fee, or by card with a 3% card fee.
Receive your confirmation
You get a written confirmation with the villa's address, check-in details and the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.
Plan the rest with one concierge

Cancellation, changes and when to book
Cancellation terms are set by each villa and differ widely — from flexible to non-refundable, and festive-season stays are often stricter. They are shown on the villa page, in your offer and on your invoice; read them before paying.
For July–August and Christmas–New Year, book three to six months ahead: these are the most expensive weeks and the best villas go first. The rest of the year, four to eight weeks is usually enough, and the quieter months are when the same villa costs least.
