What is included when you charter Aelia?
The charter fee covers the yacht and her full crew, including the chef. Running costs — fuel, food and drinks, port and marina fees — are paid from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), usually around 30–35% of the charter fee, and reconciled against receipts at the end of the charter; any unspent balance is refunded. VAT applies at the rate of the cruising waters, and a crew gratuity is customary at your discretion. The exact terms are set in the charter agreement, usually the MYBA contract.
Can we customise the Aelia itinerary?
Yes. The suggested route through West & East Mediterranean is a starting point — share your brief and the captain proposes an itinerary you adjust together. Embarking or disembarking away from the yacht's base can add a delivery fee.
How do we confirm Aelia charter dates?
Send an enquiry or message the concierge. We check availability with the yacht's central agent and can hold a short option on your dates. Nothing is charged until you sign the charter agreement, which secures the dates with a deposit.
Is diving available aboard Aelia?
Water toys and equipment vary by yacht — the full list comes with your proposal. Scuba diving is arranged on request where the yacht and local rules allow.
