High season — roughly 15 June–15 September and 15 December–5 January — runs about 27% above low-season rates, and the best villas sell out months ahead. The cheapest windows are the green shoulder months (April–May, September–November), when the same villa can cost a quarter less.
For a family of 8–12, a 5–6 bedroom estate runs roughly $880–$970/night in low season; honeymooners can find a styled 2–3 bedroom villa from around $300–$350/night. Rates here are quoted direct, with a private chef, daily housekeeping and concierge included — no platform fees.
