We confirm your dates with the villa first, then send a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before the villa has said yes.

What comes with a villa

The list, before you ask

What comes with a villa differs from house to house. These are the rules that hold for every villa we list, and the things to check on each.

Staff

Staffing differs from villa to villa: some come with a villa manager, a butler and a cook, others with daily housekeeping and security. Ask us what the house you like includes before you book.

Meals

Breakfast and meals are not included unless the villa says so. Many villas can arrange a private chef; the cooking fee and the groceries are charged separately.

Booking

Villas are booked on request: we confirm your dates with the villa, then send a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before that.

What a Bali villa costs

From our Bali Villa Price Index of 6 October 2026: across 532 priced villas, the typical one was quoted at about Rp 10.9 million a night for a stay in mid-November; a quarter cost under Rp 6.3 million and a quarter over Rp 21.1 million (in rupiah at the rate guests are charged). On villas that publish seasonal rates, high season runs about 30% above low season. By size:

Which area of Bali should I book a villa in?

Match the area to the trip. Uluwatu for clifftop views and surf, Seminyak for restaurants and beach clubs within walking distance, Canggu for surf, cafés and big houses for groups, Ubud for jungle, rice fields and quiet, and Nusa Dua, Jimbaran or Sanur for calm water and a short drive from the airport.

Is the price on each villa card what I will pay?

It is the lowest nightly rate the villa quotes over the next twelve months, in rupiah at the rate you are charged. Your dates set the exact price on the villa's page, from the same rate sheet the payment link uses. Paying by card adds a 3% card fee.

Is breakfast included in a Bali villa?

Not unless the villa says so. Many villas can arrange breakfast or a private chef, with the cooking fee and the groceries charged separately; ask us and we will check what the house you like includes.

Which Bali villas suit a group of 14?

Look at houses of six bedrooms and more. Ocean Palm Estate in Pererenan has seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, and sleeps 14; it is booked as a whole estate. Our large-group villas gather the rest. In our price index of 6 October 2026, the typical villa of six bedrooms or more was quoted at about Rp 17.5 million a night.

Do you have villas outside Bali?
