Every property on this list has been visited in person, slept in, and quietly returned to. We are a small house — fewer than 220 estates, each one paired with the same curator who manages your booking from the first message to the morning you leave. Below is what stays the same across every villa we hand to you.
The person who books the villa is the person who books the chef, holds the table at Locavore, sends the airport car, and emails you on the way home. No call centre, no hand-off, no second team.
Each property is walked through against a written list — bedding, water pressure, Wi-Fi speed at the farthest pavilion, staff longevity, ceremony-noise allowance, neighbour proximity. Failed inspections come off the list.
Aetheria membership (Standard → Platinum) unlocks 5–15% off, priority on first-availability windows, and access to a small number of off-list houses. Most stays don't need membership — the public rate is the same as our rate.

A 5-bedroom Pererenan villa for two couples on a long weekend reads differently to a 9-bedroom Ubud estate for an extended family. The right house is the one that fits the geometry of your group.
Every villa we book includes the following as standard. The team is on-site, the kitchen is stocked for breakfast, the pool is cleaned daily, the Wi-Fi works. We don't charge extra for the basics.
Housekeeping (daily), villa manager or butler (on-call), and security (24-hour) included at every property. Longer stays add a daily cleaner; group stays add a second housekeeper.
Cooked by the in-villa kitchen team. Tropical fruit plate, local pancakes or eggs to order, fresh juice, espresso. Most villas serve until 11 AM — slow mornings honoured.
Every property has a private pool; most are 12–18 m. Cleaned at sunrise so it's clear when you wake. Chlorine-free saltwater on a small number of premium villas.
Restaurant bookings, drivers, surf lessons, in-villa massages, pickup at the airport — all coordinated by the curator who took your initial enquiry. One thread on WhatsApp.
$120–$280 per day depending on the menu length. Indonesian, Mediterranean, or Pan-Asian. We pair the chef to the villa kitchen they know best — most are repeat staff at the property.

Bali pricing varies more by area than by season. The tiers below are USD per villa, per night — what we publish on the day. Peak weeks (Christmas / Galungan / Aug) carry a 15-30% surcharge; shoulder months (Apr-May / Oct-Nov) often discount.
