Ocean Palm, a private seven-bedroom estate in Pererenan, was built for exactly that stay.
Why Pererenan for a group
Pererenan sits on the western edge of Canggu, where the cafés thin out and the lanes go quiet in the evening. It keeps Canggu within reach — the restaurants, the surf, the beach clubs — without putting fourteen people on its busiest road every time they leave the house.
From Ocean Palm, Pererenan Beach is about a five-minute walk. Tanah Lot temple is roughly 10 km up the coast, and Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 19 km away, so arrival day does not start with a long transfer across the island.
The house
You come in through a black stone gate and cross a walkway over still water under a timber canopy. The garden is not a backdrop here: it stands in the middle of the house, and the decks and walkways trace its edges.
- Seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests — three king beds, three queen beds and a sofa bed.
- Every bedroom opens onto its own terrace, finished in teak, rattan and linen, with light from two sides.
- A private outdoor pool and a hot tub, set within the estate's own garden. Nothing is shared with other guests.
- Living pavilions without a fourth wall, so the long dining table and the deck become one room.
- About 1,440 m² of estate in total.
What is included
The full estate staff looks after the house every day. For stays of three nights or more, a return airport transfer is included, and from seven nights, complimentary transport as well.
Meals are not part of the nightly rate. A private chef can cook lunch and dinner at an additional charge: you choose the menu, and ingredients are billed at market cost plus a handling fee. For a group of fourteen that is usually simpler — and better — than organising three restaurant bookings a night.
Who it suits
Ocean Palm works best for families travelling across generations, several families sharing one house, and friends marking something together. Grandparents, parents and children each get a room of their own and a terrace to retreat to, and everyone still meets at the same table.
It is not a party house. The estate's house rules do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties, pets or smoking, and the lead guest must be 18 or over. If your group needs a villa for a celebration with music late into the night, ask us — we will point you to one where that is welcome.
Rates and how to book
Ocean Palm starts from IDR 25,000,000 a night in low season; high season, peak weeks and New Year are priced higher. The exact rate for your dates is shown on the Ocean Palm villa page, and it is the same rate our booking flow charges — a 3% fee is added only if you choose to pay by card.
Choose your dates there and send a request to book, or message our concierge on WhatsApp. We confirm the dates with the estate, then send a secure payment link. The minimum stay is two nights. Booking direct with The Luxury Bali carries no OTA booking fee.
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancel 45 days or more before arrival and everything else you have paid is refunded; within 45 days of arrival the booking is non-refundable.
